The item is in Perfect condition. The tag, instructions, plug, Styrofoam and box are included. View all of the photos.

I also have the other haunted house listed. This Haunted House is a Jim Shore Masterpiece and probably one of the most detailed pieces he has designed. This item is motion/noise activated. The witch flies around the top of the house on her broomstick while a spooky laugh is heard. When activated, the two skulls on the front porch have an orange glow and the windows light up with purple glow. Jim Shore items are made of stone resin and designed to resemble hand carved wood with a folk and rustic appearance. They are all hand painted which makes each piece unique.
