NIB 2020 Pumpkin Hollow Haunted House Lighted Village Building SKU: 2803420. Never Displayed, Very Collectible, Hard to find.

Complementary to Lemax Spooky Town and Department 56. Condition is Brand New, Inspected and Complete. Box is in excellent condition with little/if any shelf ware.

Clamshell has a broken piece on the bottom (see pic 6). The piece itself is mint with nothing broken and all lights and sound work perfectly (although the sound quality isn't best, little "rough"). Please see all pictures and don't hesitate to ask any questions. I'm an avid collector of Halloween village buildings looking to thin out his collection a bit and find good homes for my pieces. For this particular piece I did have to cut the tape that holds the two pieces of foam together in order to be able to inspect the piece.

I put everything back together the best that I could. Condition is New and complete and never displayed. Was opened and inspected to make sure the entire piece was complete and that all lights and sounds work. Perhaps the most important bit of info is that the p iece comes from an avid collector who lives in a smoke free home. Again please take a look at all pictures and ask any questions before purchasing.

Zombie Eatery (NIB), Zombie Plane Ride, Crypt Casino, and All Hallows Cathedral. All are brand new, never displayed, and inspected. Feel free to make an offer, the worst I can say is "no thank you". Also as an avid collector I have many of the newer pieces in brand new condition.

Honestly I wouldn't sell older'new spooky town pieces without inspecting them first because how fragile these things are. As stated above the piece is brand new however it has been inspected because any spooky town collector will tell that brand new doesn't necessarily translate to an excellent, working piece unfortunately. These items come from China, and are not of the highest quality to begin with, as all collector's realize.

Everything is checked before leaving here, and is in as perfect condition as Lemax comes in unless otherwise noted. This haunted house is the perfect addition to your Halloween decor. A ghoulish light shines through the windows, and a spooky owl, cat, skeleton, and ghost are scattered around this frightening home's exterior.
